Aca les dejo uno programitas para cortar los mp3 y hacer sus Ringtones. Son Freeware y muy faciles de usar.

Y este otro Programa es para pasar los mp3 editados a Amr, si es que tu celular no soporta mp3 como el mio...
Tambien sirve para transformar a formato 3GP, que son los videos que reproducen la mayoria de los celulares.

T agradezco muchisimo, es justo lo q keria hacer!!!   de ansiosa termino pagando $4 + iva x cada ringtone y encima no d los temas q realmente kiero.
