(SOL)Problemas con Nero

Bueno llevo casi una hora tratando de grabar y me sale este error. si alguien entiende y me puede explicar, gracias!!! reinicie la pc, como cuatro veces y nada es más despues del error la Pc , no reconoce la compactera??? SONY CD-RW  CRX230EE
tenia el mismo problema con Musicmatch, debe ser la unidad de Cd, u otro problema??

Hoy me pase toda la mañana dando vueltas, buscando data, por todos lados, hasta que le dieron.
Desinstale y volvi a instalar la grabadora, y funca esta maldita de diez!!!!
