Tengo problemas con TCP

Hola gente alguien me podria solucionar este problema: cuando cliqueo en preferencias-conexion-comprobar puertos me tira este error:

TCP connection test failed because eMule rejected the connection.
It is possible that your IPFilter includes the IP of this server, making a connectiontest impossible.

Lei todo sobre" el libro gordo sobre el emule"
Y no es que pasa siempre solo a veces, ya llame a fibertel para ver que onda si ellos restringen en algun horario pero no.
