Problemon con el GRUB

tengo un problemon con el GRUB y no puedo arrancar  ubuntu... paso a contarles lo que estuve haciendo y aver si puedo solucionarlo 

Yo tengo en un disco de 120 SATA una particion de 10 Gb para ubuntu y otra particion para los archivos donde esta el "/home". El otro dia vi que ya estaba disponible la version BETA de Ubuntu 9.10 y quise probarla, pero por miedo a hacer cagada con mi ubuntu agarre un disco IDE de 80 Gb q tengo por ahi, le instale Ubuntu 9.04 (estaba el disco de 120 Gb enchufado cuando instale). Desde el gestor de actualizaciones puse a actualizar a 9.10 beta... como mi conexion de internet andaba para el tujes decidi poner a bajar la .iso y desp quemarla.... termino de bajar, quemo la .iso y la grabo mal... ya fue... cosas que pasan 

Cuando quiero volver a mi Ubuntu 9.04 del disco de 120... el grub me tira error 21 

Por lo que lei este error te lo tira cuando no encuentra las particiones o algo asi

Alguien sabe que es lo que puede pasar?

lo lei medio rapido, mañana lo leo mas detenidamente.... igual ahora lo q me importa es q me arranque el linux del disco de 120 nada mas..  el disco de 80 lo puedo tirar a la basura no me importa
